Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Supportive Services
DBE Supportive Services is operated as part of the NMDOT’s DBE program and is in place as part of compliance with federal regulations related to federally assisted highway projects.
The primary purpose of the program is to provide training, assistance, and services specifically for the benefit of women and minority businesses. The goal is to increase their activity in the program and to facilitate their development into viable, self-sufficient organizations capable of competing for, and performing on federally assisted highway projects.
