Regional Broadband Meetings – Los Lunas

As the state of New Mexico prepares for historic federal funding to support broadband infrastructure and equity, the Office of Broadband Access and Expansion (OBAE) is working with local partners and counties to organize a series of Regional Broadband Meetings, listening sessions, and community events to gather stakeholder input and collectively develop the New Mexico 5-year Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Plan and the state’s Digital Equity Plan. To ensure the needs and challenges of all communities, large and small, are addressed, we hope you will help get the word out and encourage representatives from all departments and agencies statewide to participate in one of the initial regional broadband meetings scheduled this spring.

Attend a meeting in your region:

• April 17 – Region 6 in Alamogordo
• April 18 – Region 3 in Los Lunas
• May 11 – Region 4 in Springer
• May 12 – Region 5 in Las Cruces
• May 15 – Region l in Farmington
• May 16 – Region 2 in Hernandez
