The New Mexico Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration, is studying Grand Avenue (Business Loop- 15) to improve safety and access for all users, including drivers, pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit riders. The study area extends along Grand Avenue from Columbia Street to just north of Mills Avenue.
