In-Person Public Meeting for US 64 and NM 17 Chama Alignment Study, CN 5100830

The New Mexico Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration, is hosting an In-Person Public Meeting for the US 64/NM 17 Chama Alignment Study within the Village of Chama. On NM 17, the Study limits extend from the US 64 Intersection to 1st Street.  On US 64, the limits extend from 0.25 mile west of the NM 17 Intersection to 0.4 miles south of the NM 17 intersection. The purpose of the Study is to improve the roadway, intersections, safety, drainage, and pedestrian/bicycle mobility.

During the meeting, our team will go over the alternatives considered, review the recommendations, and receive your input. A presentation will be given followed by a question-and-answer session.
