Come see what has been done and what is next!

WHAT:
As part of the ongoing I-25 Improved; Comanche to Montgomery project, crews have reached a key milestone — completing reconstruction of the outside lanes of I-25 between Candelaria Road and south of Montgomery Boulevard. This includes reconstruction of the bridge over Comanche Road in those outside sections. To keep the project moving forward, a lane shift is scheduled to begin on the evening of June 30, 2025, to move drivers onto the new pavement on northbound and southbound I-25 between Candelaria Road and south of Montgomery Boulevard. This will allow crews to begin work on the median and inside lanes. Nighttime lane and ramp closures will be necessary to complete the lane shift over the weekend. Drivers should plan for potential delays and use caution in the work zone.

WHY:
Check out the progress from the work zone and communicate the new lane shift to accommodate continued improvements to I-25, aimed at enhancing traffic flow and safety.
