SANTA FE- A $3.5M roadway rehabilitation project on NM 475, Hyde Park Rd., is scheduled to resume on June 4, 2025
Crews will be working six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. In an effort to expedite the project, the contractor will be forced to close the road to all vehicular traffic at mile marker 9, including bicycles, Monday through Saturday. The road will be reopened to all traffic on Sundays only.
Motorists are urged to plan travel accordingly and avoid the area during this time. Drivers are reminded to exercise caution, follow all posted signs and detours, reduce speed, and stay alert for construction personnel and equipment.
Cutler Repaving Inc. has been contracted to complete the work, and it is expected to last approximately 30 working days, weather permitting.
