Initial alignment and interstate exchange options will be presented

ALBUQUERQUE The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT), in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will host a public meeting on the I-25 S-Curve Area Study on Wednesday, April 24 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at CNM Smith Brasher Hall (717 University Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106). The primary objective of the study is to evaluate transportation solutions to enhance safety and mobility while minimizing community impacts.

During the public meeting, the team will review the initial alignment and interstate exchange options under consideration, those that have been ruled out, and the recommended options for progression.

If you are unable to attend the in-person meeting, all materials will be uploaded to the study website (i25scurve.com) post the public meeting.

Your participation, questions, and feedback are encouraged to influence the screening process and the selection of options for further development. All comments will be documented by the study team and considered as the study progresses and will be treated with equal importance. The public comment period will run from April 24 to May 24, 2024.

All meeting materials will be available in Spanish online, and a Spanish interpreter will be present at the public meeting for live interpretation and assistance with questions.
