SANTA TERESA – The New Mexico Department of Transportation District One office (NMDOT) has posted a traffic alert for Monday, Dec. 20, 2021
The NMDOT in cooperation with New Mexico State Police (NMSP) and the Santa Teresa Port of Entry are working together to ensure the safety of those traveling on NM 136 “Pete V. Domenici Int. Blvd” during the Holiday Season.
Due to the anticipated heavy congestion, motorists can expect a left passing lane closure southbound from milepost 3 to 0 “New Mexico/Mexico Port of Entry”. Lane closure, message boards and advanced signage will be in place until Monday, Jan. 3, 2022.
