SANTA FE – The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) was recently presented with two awards by the Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association (ARRA). The Recycling Awards honor North America’s top asphalt road recycling projects.
The U.S. 550 project in San Juan won ARRA’s Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) award and the I-25 project in San Miguel County near Rowe won ARRA’s Cold In-Place Recycling (CIR) award.
