08/18/21 – NMDOT District Two, Virtual Public Meeting N.M. 31-128 Alignment Study and Design-Build Project
CARLSBAD – The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) District Two, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration, is in the project development stage for the NM 31-128 Roadway Project along NM 31 from US 285 to US 62 and along NM 128 from NM 31 to the NM/TX state line in Eddy and Lea counties. Community members are encouraged to register for the virtual event and join the discussion, provide comments, and ask questions of the project team.
