DESCRIPTION:Virtual Public Meeting on Tuesday\, May 24\, 2022\nStarting at 5:30 PM (MT)\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n					\n						Event Details\n						The NMDOT along with the assistance of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program invite you to attend an electric vehicle infrastructure public meeting. This meeting will collect feedback on electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure needs and potential locations. Attendees will have a chance to better understand the NEVI program and its impact\, ask questions\, and provide feedback for the NMDOT on EV infrastructure needs and locations. \nNew Mexico expects to receive approximately $38 million from this program over five years from the US Department of Transportation (DOT). These funds will be used to install EV charging infrastructure with a priority on interstate highway locations. NMDOT must develop a Statewide Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Plan to be eligible for this unprecedented investment.
