DESCRIPTION:\n					\n						DRAFT 2025 MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM (MS4) AREAS ANNUAL REPORTS\n						\n					\n				\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n					\n						\n						AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW FOR 45 DAYS – The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) invites you to review and comment on its draft Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Annual Reports for the areas of Albuquerque\, Las Cruces/Anthony\, Santa Fe\, and Farmington. \nThese reports are part of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)\, a federal program that helps prevent water pollution by regulating sources that discharge into rivers\, lakes\, and other waters of the United States. \nAs required by the NPDES MS4 Permits\, the draft reports outline NMDOT’s stormwater activities and efforts to reduce pollution in stormwater runoff.
