DESCRIPTION:Event Details\nWednesday\, February 22\, 2023Starting at 6:00 PM (MT)\nThe New Mexico Department of Transportation\, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration\, is hosting two Public Meetings to discuss the I-25 Safety & Capacity Study\, on I-25 in the City of Las Cruces from the Lohman Interchange (Milepost [MP] 2.8) to the Doña Ana Interchange (MP 10.5) and on NM 320 (Thorpe Road) from the Doña Ana Interchange to Barela Drive.  The purpose of this study is to address safety and capacity needs\, including deficiencies with pavement\, geometry\, access control\, drainage management\, and Americans with Disability Act facilities. The goal of the Public Meetings is to review the study\, present information on existing conditions\, discuss the alternatives considered and initial recommendations\, and gather public input. \nThe meeting on Wednesday\, February 22\, 2023\, will primarily focus on I-25 from the Lohman to Doña Ana Interchanges.
